Who is Stefanie Schomaker?
Stefanie Schomaker is a Teams Expert, enabling leaders to build teams that operate autonomously, exhibit trust and engagement, drive change, and achieve or even surpass their goals through high job satisfaction.
With over 20 years of experience as an employee at Deutsche Bank and Robert Bosch Automotive, Stefanie observed many instances where leaders excelled in their respective fields but struggled to lead their teams effectively. She made a commitment back then: “There has to be a better way!” and delved deep into the realm of Human Dynamics.
Armed with this knowledge and experience, Stefanie Schomaker has been coaching and developing leaders and their teams for over 18 years. She has guided teams ranging from 5 to 50 members, in both small and large enterprises, including those with international and global operations. Stefanie has empowered these teams to regain their success and vitality while fostering a sense of cohesion among team members.
