Who is Stefanie Schomaker?
Stefanie Schomaker is a Teams Expert, enabling leaders to build teams that operate autonomously, exhibit trust and engagement, drive change, and achieve or even surpass their goals through high job satisfaction.
With over 20 years of experience as an employee at Deutsche Bank and Robert Bosch Automotive, Stefanie observed many instances where leaders excelled in their respective fields but struggled to lead their teams effectively. She made a commitment back then: “There has to be a better way!” and delved deep into the realm of Human Dynamics.
Armed with this knowledge and experience, Stefanie Schomaker has been coaching and developing leaders and their teams for over 18 years. She has guided teams ranging from 5 to 50 members, in both small and large enterprises, including those with international and global operations. Stefanie has empowered these teams to regain their success and vitality while fostering a sense of cohesion among team members. She is a recognized expert in Team Building, Human Dynamics, Change Management, and a certified Mediator. As a conceptual and strategic thinker (Green Belt), Stefanie uniquely combines the human element with real-world organizational processes, drawing on her knowledge of Lean Management, Business Process Management, and Project Management. Her expertise spans various industries, including (Bio-)Pharma, Food, Automotive, Banking, Energy, and Transport, and she regularly operates in an international context. Stefanie is fluent in German, English, and Dutch.
Her international academic background, with a degree in European Business Studies from University Colleges in Münster (Germany) and Hull (UK), along with six years at Deutsche Bank in Osnabrück (Germany) and 15 years in various logistics roles at Robert Bosch in London (UK), Madrid (Spain), Karlsruhe (Germany), and Tienen (Belgium), provides her with the necessary professional and cultural foundation for her work. While born in Germany, Stefanie has been residing in Limburg, Belgium, with her family and Belgian husband since 2002.
